What you will do

• Participate in concept and development phases for electronic assembly projects.
• Conduct process and product FMEA to ensure quality standards.
• Coordinate initial sampling and production of sample parts.
• Document manufacturing parameters and optimize processing windows.
• Manage the transfer of tools to series production and maintain problem-free processes.
• Evaluate activities within acquisition projects.

Requirements

• Higher education in a technical field or equivalent training in electronic production.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in electronic serial production, specifically with printing and reflow processes (Ekra, Ersa, Rehm).
• Knowledge of IPC 610A standards.
• English proficiency is required.
• Availability for business trips.
• Strong analytical, teamwork, and communication skills.
