What you will do

• Define core aspects and success criteria for automation solutions in plastic molding and industrialization.
• Manage equipment projects focusing on molds, molding tools, and extrusion systems.
• Execute process engineering tasks while optimizing investment and production costs.
• Collaborate with the global Center of Competence (CoC) and R&D teams to improve design for manufacturability.
• Apply global quality requirements across worldwide production sites.
• Provide training and mentorship for junior project managers for senior-level positions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in injection molding and extrusion within manufacturing.
• Experience in process development, medical device sterilization, and validation activities.
• Hands-on exposure to injection molding machines, molding tools, and extrusion systems.
• Proven project management experience with a focus on budget and scope delivery.
• Strong analytical skills in planning, organization, and data analysis.
