Senior Production Manager (Packing, Manufacturing)

Location: Based in Tan Uyen, Binh Duong (Vietnam). Hybrid work policy (average 3 days/week in office). No relocation assistance offered.

What you will do

• Manage the smooth operation of packing production lines and ensure the quality of finished goods.
• Lead and develop internal and external labor teams, providing regular performance feedback and development plans.
• Drive productivity initiatives, including product changeovers and the ramp-up of new production lines.
• Define and monitor KPIs, prepare annual budgets, and control manufacturing expenses.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Logistics, Quality, and EHS to optimize manufacturing processes.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and the Integrated Management System (IMS).

Requirements

• University degree, preferably in Engineering or a technical field.
• Minimum 6 years of people-leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• At least 1 year of experience in paper packaging production.
• Experience with automated packaging machinery and ISO standards (9001, 45001, 14001).
• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Ability to travel internationally several times per year.
