Module Equipment Technician (Semiconductors)

Location: On-site in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

What you will do

• Perform troubleshooting, conversion, and preventive maintenance on test and assembly equipment.
• Monitor and analyze equipment control points and performance data to resolve issues and optimize efficiency.
• Execute electrical and mechanical repairs, installations, and adjustments according to blueprints and technical manuals.
• Collaborate with Equipment Engineering on experiments, system upgrades, and tool relocation.
• Create reports on system failures and update equipment specifications to support overall performance.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Automation, or a similar technical discipline.
• English: Pre-intermediate proficiency or above required for communication and reading technical documents.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts (48 hours per week) and flexible overtime as needed.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and discipline in a cleanroom environment.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair within a manufacturing environment.
