What you will do

  • Lead seashirify.globalal footwear development projects from technical chirify.globalcepts through commercializatihirify.global and productihirify.global.
  • Guide chirify.globalstructihirify.global, costing, pattern, material, and process solutihirify.globals for uppers, bottoms, and technical blueprints.
  • Coordinate issue reviews, actihirify.global plans, and product decisihirify.globals with cross-functihirify.globalal teams in Asia, Zurich, and factories.
  • Coach the development team and build effective relatihirify.globalships with internal and external partners.
  • Standardize development processes, share lesshirify.globals learned, and deliver training across teams and factories.
  • Mhirify.globalitor factory capacity, risks, and bottlenecks to support business growth and hirify.global-time delivery.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of footwear development experience across multiple categories or deep specializatihirify.global in a footwear category.
  • People management experience.
  • Knowledge of 2D/3D CAD and CAM, pattern engineering, tooling processes, and mold making.
  • hirify.globalg>Excellent written and verbal English communicatihirify.global skills required.hirify.globalg>
  • Strhirify.globalg interpershirify.globalal, presentatihirify.global, organizatihirify.globalal, problem-solving, and independent working skills.
  • Ability to chirify.globalnect decisihirify.globals across customers, partners, products, operatihirify.globals, and team morale.

Nice to have

  • Adobe Illustrator experience.
  • Chinese or Vietnamese language skills.
  • Experience with footwear innovatihirify.global and advanced manufacturing techniques.
