What you will do
- Provide first-line IT support across all studio locations, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Administer core business systems including Microsoft 365, Asana, Zoho One, and WordPress.
- Support and maintain key third-party platforms such as Momence, Accuro, and MTS.
- Manage domains, DNS configuration, web hosting, and perform basic website updates.
- Maintain IT documentation and deliver practical user training to internal teams and partners.
- Coordinate with technology vendors to support procurement and inventory management.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with modern IT systems and platforms (Microsoft 365, CRM, WordPress).
- Strong problem-solving skills with a practical and structured approach.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Must be based in Barcelona for a hybrid work arrangement.
Nice to have
- Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
- Experience with Zoho One and Momence.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals and databases.
