What you will do

• Conduct Apprenticeship Assessments within main areas of competence and experience.
• Ensure timely completion of all required assessment documentation within the EPA system.
• Manage a personal caseload of apprentices through their assessments.
• Provide assessment feedback in line with company quality requirements and SLAs.
• Attend standardisation events and maintain professional competence through CPD.

Requirements

• Must hold a current UK qualification for workplace vocational assessors (e.g., Level 3 Award in Assessing Competence in the Workplace).
• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant industrial experience, with at least 2 years in the last 5 years working in the Groundwork Industry.
• Qualified in a construction craft vocational qualification at L2 or above (e.g., bricklaying, construction operations).
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to travel as necessary across the UK.

Nice to have

• Experience of conducting End-point Assessments or Apprenticeship Assessments.
• Experience of supporting apprentices.
