What you will do

• Conduct independent end-point assessments within your area of expertise.
• Manage a personal caseload of apprentices throughout the assessment process.
• Complete all required assessment documentation accurately and within service level agreements.
• Provide constructive assessment feedback in line with quality requirements.
• Attend and contribute to standardization events to ensure assessment consistency.
• Maintain professional competence through continuous professional development.

Requirements

• Must hold a recognized assessing qualification such as A1.
• Must hold a recognized workplace assessment qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing and Domestic Heating).
• Proven hands-on experience in the Plumbing and Domestic Heating industry.
• Must be able to travel as necessary to fulfill assessment duties across the UK.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to act with integrity and impartiality.
