What you will do

• Conduct End-point Assessments for Level 3 Building Services Engineering standards.
• Manage a dedicated caseload of apprentices through the EPA process.
• Complete all assessment documentation and follow-ups within the EPA system.
• Provide detailed feedback and make grading decisions based on occupational competency.
• Participate in standardisation events and maintain professional competence through CPD.

Requirements

• Occupational competence in Building Services Engineering at or above Level 3.
• Relevant trade qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Apprenticeship.
• Assessor qualification (A1, D32/33, TAQA).
• Recent industry experience within the last 2–3 years.
• Ability to travel to various UK regions for assessments.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with online assessment tools.

Nice to have

• Level 3 Award in End-Point Assessment.
• IQA qualification (V1, D34, TAQA IQA).
• Experience delivering EPA or regulated vocational assessments.
• Familiarity with Skills England, Ofqual, and EQA frameworks.
