Director, Solutions Management (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid in Austin, Texas, United States, with at least 3 days in the office. Travel is required 5–10% of the time.

Salary: $173,100–$276,800 USD per year, with potential bonus, equity, and sales incentives.

What you will do

• Design and deliver holistic solutions addressing client business and technical needs.
• Provide pre-sales technical guidance, product demonstrations, and integration support.
• Work directly with customers to optimize the use and performance of hirify.global solutions.
• Translate business ideas into detailed requirements for technology teams.
• Advise sales teams and stakeholders using product, payments industry, and technology expertise.
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, internal teams, and government regulators.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 8+ years with an advanced degree, or 3+ years with a PhD.
• Strong experience with core banking products, particularly in the U.S. market.
• Experience with product development methodologies, project management, and Agile development.
• Understanding of software development processes, system architecture, APIs, and cloud technology.
• Hands-on technical awareness and the ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
• Experience working independently and in matrix environments, with willingness to travel.
