Director, Solutions Management (Fintech)

Location: US - Austin, TX; hybrid with at least 3 days in the office

Salary: $173,100–$276,800 USD per year, with potential bonus, equity, and sales incentive payments where applicable

What you will do

• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to design and deliver holistic solutions addressing business and technical needs.
• Provide pre-sales technical advice, product demonstrations, and integration guidance for hirify.global products.
• Work directly with customers to support product integrations and optimize solution use and performance.
• Apply product, industry, and technology knowledge to solution design and client support.
• Act as a product technical expert and advisor throughout the sales process.
• Use generative AI tools such as ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot to support everyday work.

Requirements

• 10+ years of work experience with a bachelor's degree, 8+ years with an advanced degree, or 3+ years with a PhD.
• Strong experience with core banking products, particularly in the U.S. market.
• Experience with product development methodologies, project management, and Agile development.
• Ability to translate business ideas into detailed technology requirements and engage credibly with engineers on system architecture and APIs.
• Experience with data analysis, modeling, visualization, cloud technology, and software development processes.
• Willingness to travel 5–10% of the time and work in an office setting.
