Senior Director of Product Management (AI)

Location: Hybrid, based in Seattle, Washington; occasional travel to the headquarters in American Fork, Utah, or client sites may be required. Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Annual salary: $240,000–$319,200 USD, plus bonus opportunities and employee equity.

What you will do

• Define and execute multi-year product strategies for the Intelligence and Ecosystem pillars.
• Lead the evolution of Prevent capabilities, including Edge and Cloud AI analytics, talkdown features, and deterrent efficacy tools.
• Manage and develop a high-performing product management team with clear accountability and execution standards.
• Partner with Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to deliver technically sound, market-ready, and commercially viable products.
• Establish KPIs covering uptime, alert accuracy, deterrent efficacy, platform utilization, and return on investment.
• Advocate for intuitive user experiences across the mobile app, Command Center, and field service tools.

Requirements

• 10–13 years of progressive product management leadership experience.
• Experience in SaaS, AI, IoT, physical security, or related industries.
• Deep knowledge of AI/ML workflows, including edge versus cloud architectures, Video Management Systems, and API-driven integrations.
• Experience with enterprise security and compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP, SOC 2, or similar standards.
• Ability to translate organizational goals into prioritized roadmaps and communicate complex technical concepts to executives and non-technical stakeholders.
• U.S. work authorization required; background and drug screening are required, and some roles may require federal background checks and fingerprinting.
