Salary: $234,100–$321,300 per year base salary

What you will do

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for entitlement and consumption management, new product introduction, licensing, provisioning, and customer support.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of Application Product Managers.
• Partner with executive stakeholders across Product and Global Customer Service to shape customer experience operations and business priorities.
• Drive AI adoption across the customer experience portfolio, including intelligent in-product support and automated enterprise workflows.
• Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery and prototyping through launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with architecture and engineering leaders to deliver secure, scalable, maintainable solutions and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Product Management experience, including enterprise software, 0-to-1 product development, AI-native applications, and complex SaaS platforms.
• 7+ years in senior leadership roles managing Product Managers and strategic portfolios.
• Hands-on experience building AI-native products and prototypes with AI-assisted development tools such as Lovable, Cursor, Replit, Claude, or similar platforms.
• Deep expertise in generative AI, agentic AI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, intelligent automation, and AI-powered enterprise workflows.
• Experience with APIs, cloud-native architectures, data platforms, enterprise integrations, licensing, entitlements, consumption management, and SaaS business models.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Gainsight, or similar CX platforms is preferred.

Nice to have

• MBA or an advanced degree in a relevant technical or business discipline.
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Gainsight, or related GTM and customer experience platforms.
