Salary: 80,000–90,000 EUR OTE

What you will do

• Acquire new logo business and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Develop new customers and maximize potential of existing clients via upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
• Convert MQLs provided by the Operations Team into real business opportunities.
• Maintain direct contact with end-users and manage a dedicated customer portfolio.
• Represent the company at industry trade shows and conferences, requiring regular travel.
• Manage CRM data in Salesforce and coordinate quotes and service information with the operations team.

Requirements

• Strong German language skills.
• Must be based in the Berlin area to support the hybrid work model.
• Proven experience in active B2B selling and lead generation.
• Willingness and ability to travel for industry events.
