Product Solutions Specialist Graduate (BytePlus) - 2027 Start

What you will do

• Support the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering through development, launch, and performance analysis.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, and Go-to-Market teams to understand user needs, business objectives, and product priorities.
• Analyze user feedback, market trends, business requirements, and competitor activity to inform product features and strategy.
• Translate complex product concepts into clear documentation, including release notes, user guides, FAQs, and internal knowledge resources.
• Support product testing, feature validation, launch activities, and performance monitoring.
• Coordinate cross-functional product initiatives and contribute recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Currently completing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to distill complex concepts into clear, actionable insights.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to commit to an onboarding date by the end of 2027; availability and graduation date should be stated in the resume.

Nice to have

• Internship or project experience in a large-scale internet or technology company.
• Experience in product management, content writing, go-to-market strategy, or market research.
• Basic understanding of recommendation systems.
