Product Manager (Marketplace)

Foodpanda is a food and grocery delivery platform in Asia and part of hirify.global, operating across multiple markets with technology at its core.

What you will do

• Set the vision, product strategy, and roadmap for the Marketplace portfolio.
• Own customer-facing experiences including the home screen, restaurant discovery, and Quick Commerce.
• Define product health metrics and run experiments using qualitative and quantitative data.
• Optimize acquisition funnels and improve user onboarding.
• Build user experiences in collaboration with design teams and align with business and product stakeholders.
• Lead product execution and work with engineering teams to build scalable, robust solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Natural Sciences, or a related field.
• Approximately 5 or more years of experience building consumer products in growing markets.
• Experience developing product strategies and roadmaps, using data for insights, and understanding high-level technical architectures.
• Experience collaborating with designers, running experiments, and applying product judgment to decision-making.
• Experience leading agile teams and translating epics into structured user stories.
• Strong leadership, communication, presentation, interpersonal, prioritization, and ambiguity-management skills.
