Director, EMF Segment Go-to-Market (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid (US - Foster City, CA). Must be based in the US.

Salary: $192,300 – $307,600 per year

What you will do

• Lead the development and execution of scalable GTM strategies for EMF segments, including remitters, enablers, merchants, and fintechs.
• Drive adoption of real-time payments and push payment solutions across card, account, and wallet-based models.
• Collaborate with Sales and Product to accelerate pipeline development and shape account-level strategies.
• Articulate the value of hirify.global Direct and RTP capabilities to internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead and coach a high-performing GTM team to drive ecosystem-led growth.
• Manage executive-level RFP responses and define pricing frameworks for real-time payment solutions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in payments, fintech, or financial services.
• Demonstrated expertise in real-time payments, push payments, or modern money movement solutions.
• Proven track record in GTM strategy or commercial strategy within B2B or platform-based environments.
• Experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Must be a U.S. applicant.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
