What you will do

• Take full ownership of the DSP network strategy and performance across the Czech Republic.
• Manage budgets and lead transformational initiatives for process optimization and cost efficiency.
• Develop and execute nationwide courier capacity planning and recruitment strategies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop internal teams including trainers and last-mile specialists.
• Act as the primary bridge between DSP partners and logistics leadership.
• Present analytical results and recommendations to top management.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in logistics, operations, transport, or senior account management.
• Fluent English is required for international collaboration.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track KPIs and make data-driven decisions.
• Proven ability to remain resilient and focused under pressure in crisis situations.
• Excellent communication and diplomacy skills for managing partner disputes.
• Must be based in or able to work from Prague, Czech Republic.
