Product Director (HR Tech)

Location: Hybrid (Billund or Copenhagen, Denmark). Average of 3 days per week in the office.

What you will do

• Define and drive the long-term product strategy for the talent domain, aligning priorities with business and people goals.
• Identify opportunities to redesign talent journeys using AI to improve speed, experience, and effectiveness.
• Translate business priorities and user needs into a prioritized product roadmap and execution plan.
• Influence senior stakeholders across People, Product, and Technology to align decisions without direct authority.
• Model strong product practices to bring structure to ambiguity and drive outcome-led delivery.
• Use research and data to define success measures and inform investment choices.

Requirements

• Proven track record of defining product direction and delivering results within talent, HR, or people-related domains.
• Experience setting product visions and roadmaps, balancing user needs and technical constraints.
• Experience reimagining end-to-end journeys using automation and AI.
• Deep knowledge of the HR technology landscape, specifically Workday.
• Ability to lead and create momentum in complex organizational settings.
• Strong communication skills for translating complexity into clear narratives for senior leadership.
