Head of Product, Lab & Studios (Digital Dentistry)

Location: Based at the headquarters in Copenhagen, Denmark; approximately 20–30 travel days per year for customer visits, field research, industry events, and collaboration with colleagues and partners.

What you will do

• Define and own the long-term product vision and strategy for the Lab & Studios portfolio.
• Lead, coach, and develop 7 Product Managers while strengthening product practices, decision-making, and product culture.
• Drive portfolio prioritization and outcome-focused roadmaps across customer value, commercial opportunities, innovation, reliability, lifecycle management, and technical investment.
• Align products, workflows, and teams to create a coherent end-to-end user experience for dental professionals.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, UX, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience to translate customer insight into adoption and business impact.
• Identify and lead initiatives spanning multiple products, teams, and customer workflows.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience with complex software products.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing Product Managers and building high-performing product teams.
• Experience defining product strategy and managing product portfolios or complex product areas.
• Ability to understand professional user workflows and translate customer needs into product direction.
• Experience making roadmap and prioritization decisions that balance customer value, technical complexity, and business impact.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, cross-functional collaboration, and agile product development experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with 3D or CAD software, dental software, or regulated medical software.
• Experience in dental, medical, or other healthcare technology.
