Product Manager - Vessel Configuration (Maritime)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end vessel onboarding, configuration change, and offboarding experience.
• Manage vessel particulars and configuration data so every connected vessel has an accurate, up-to-date digital profile.
• Partner with engineering to automate the mapping and validation of vessel sensor channels.
• Define how Vessel Configuration interfaces with Vessel Reporting, Vessel Performance, and other dependent product areas.
• Translate product vision into a sequenced roadmap and drive delivery from discovery through launch.
• Work directly with customers and collaborate across engineering, design, commercial, customer success, platform, telemetry, and Naval Architecture teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in technically complex or integration-heavy B2B SaaS environments.
• Strong product discovery, user research, data-driven decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to write actionable PRDs and communicate product decisions clearly to senior audiences.
• Comfort working with data modelling, integration design, automation logic, end users, and platform consumers.
• AI-native working style, including use of tools such as Claude to improve speed and clarity.
• Systems thinking and the ability to coordinate work across technically layered, cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Maritime experience or education.
• Curiosity about vessel operations and interest in transforming the maritime industry.
