What you will do
- Identify and prioritize high-impact product opportunities to improve the consumer experience and scale the marketplace.
- Define product strategies, roadmaps, success metrics, and OKRs while balancing long-term vision with short-term delivery.
- Lead product discovery to understand user needs, business opportunities, and operational constraints.
- Translate complex, ambiguous problems into clear product direction, requirements, and well-structured decisions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, analytics, research, marketing, and local market teams.
- Communicate product progress, performance, and trade-offs to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Multi-year experience in product management within consumer-facing digital products, marketplaces, or e-commerce.
- Proven track record of owning meaningful product areas and delivering measurable impact.
- Strong product strategy skills with the ability to define direction and make thoughtful trade-offs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to simplify complex challenges.
- Strong analytical skills with comfort using metrics, funnels, and experimentation to drive decisions.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and align cross-functional partners.
Nice to have
- Experience in marketplaces, food, retail, logistics, payments, or platform products.
- Experience working across multiple countries, languages, or cultures.
- Background in high-growth scale-ups or fast-moving technology companies.
- Experience with consumer mobile apps and experimentation.
