Director, Marketing Services Innovation & Commercialization (Fintech)

Location: Must be based in the US (San Francisco, CA). Requires at least 3 days in office.

Salary: $151,600 – $285,600 USD per year

What you will do

• Lead the commercialization of new Marketing Services solutions, including defining value propositions, target segments, and monetization approaches.
• Develop robust business cases featuring market sizing, revenue potential, and ROI modeling.
• Translate concepts into scalable offerings, defining scope, delivery models, pricing, and success metrics.
• Build sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, playbooks, and training content.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to operationalize new solutions and support client sell-in.
• Define and track KPIs to measure success and optimize the performance of new offerings.

Requirements

• U.S. Applicants Only.
• 10+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s degree (or 8+ years with an Advanced degree).
• Experience in fintech, financial services, or payments.
• Professional background in marketing, consulting, product, or strategy roles.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
