What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for Engineering, Product, Data/ML, Design, and IT/Security roles.
• Proactively source passive candidates via GitHub, LinkedIn Recruiter, and technical communities.
• Partner with technical leadership to define role scopes and calibrate interview loops.
• Develop sourcing playbooks and technical screening frameworks in partnership with the recruiting team.
• Analyze recruiting data to optimize time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, and quality of hire.
• Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience and maintain high ATS hygiene.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Experience working in high-growth SaaS or startup environments.
• Proven ability to source passive candidates directly across multiple technical functions.
• Ability to screen for technical skills and calibrate seniority levels.
• Proficiency with ATS (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse) and sourcing tools.
