Location: Hybrid in Vienna, Austria (2 home-office days per week)

What you will do
- Manage the entire recruiting process from job posting to contract signing for the Vienna headquarters and international offices.
- Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and implement effective sourcing strategies for top talent.
- Ensure a world-class candidate experience through authentic, thoughtful, and timely communication.
- Manage work permit processes for new international employees, including documentation and tracking.
- Develop and optimize the onboarding process, acting as a trusted partner for new hires.
- Collaborate with the HR Director on operational topics, organizational development, and digitalization of HR processes.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work in Vienna, Austria (Hybrid).
- Academic degree and at least 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Employee Experience.
- Proven track record in international recruitment and IT recruitment (engineering and product teams).
- Fluency in both German and English is required.
- Familiarity with SCRUM/Agile methodologies.
- Experience working within a SaaS company environment.
