TL;DR

Talent Acquisition & Employee Experience (SaaS): Managing the full-cycle recruitment process and optimizing the employee journey for a global speech recognition software provider with an accent on international hiring and onboarding. Focus on scaling engineering and product teams, enhancing candidate experience, and driving digital HR initiatives.

Location: Hybrid in Vienna, Austria (2 home-office days per week)

Salary: from € 59,000 gross per year

What you will do

  • Manage the entire recruiting process from job posting to contract signing for the Vienna headquarters and international offices.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and implement effective sourcing strategies for top talent.
  • Ensure a world-class candidate experience through authentic, thoughtful, and timely communication.
  • Manage work permit processes for new international employees, including documentation and tracking.
  • Develop and optimize the onboarding process, acting as a trusted partner for new hires.
  • Collaborate with the HR Director on operational topics, organizational development, and digitalization of HR processes.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work in Vienna, Austria (Hybrid).
  • Academic degree and at least 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Employee Experience.
  • Proven track record in international recruitment and IT recruitment (engineering and product teams).
  • Fluency in both German and English is required.
  • Familiarity with SCRUM/Agile methodologies.
  • Experience working within a SaaS company environment.
