• Advise customers on potential solutions and build strong relationships through high-quality service.
• Prepare professional email sequences and respond promptly to customer inquiries.
• Conduct online platform demos to showcase product benefits and features.
• Create and negotiate offers to close deals with potential customers.
• Upsell to active customers by identifying additional value and benefits.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a sales role with a proven track record of meeting targets.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving skills to identify and address customer pain points.
• Proficiency in using a variety of technology platforms and tools.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
• Experience working with diverse companies and industries.
