What you will do
- Collaborate with Account Executives to prioritize target accounts and execute outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to secure qualified meetings.
- Screen and qualify inbound marketing leads (MQLs) using BANT criteria and prepare detailed prospect briefs for AEs.
- Conduct qualification calls to identify customer needs, technical requirements, and budget.
- Represent hirify.global at Middle East and Africa tech events, book on-site meetings, and follow up.
- Gather market intelligence (objections, competitive insights, feature requests) and share with Product and Marketing.
- Monitor outreach metrics and collaborate with Sales Ops to optimize cadences and scripts.
Requirements
- Fluent English and Arabic (written and verbal).
- 2+ years of SDR/BDR experience in cloud, B2B SaaS, or AI, with a proven track record targeting UAE and Middle East and Africa markets.
- Strong understanding of GDPR and local data-privacy regulations.
- Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong cross-cultural awareness and adaptability.
- Collaborative team player comfortable operating in a hybrid office model.

- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM and sales engagement tools such as Outreach.
