What you will do

• Research and identify target accounts in industries such as finance, healthcare, and technology using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM.
• Conduct 40+ outbound calls and personalized emails daily to engage C-level decision-makers.
• Qualify leads using the BANT framework and maintain an actionable pipeline in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and campaigns based on prospect feedback.
• Stay updated on AI trends and product roadmaps to position solutions effectively.
• Manage independent sales cycles for smaller opportunities from introduction to closing.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in business development or sales within a SaaS or tech environment.
• Proven track record of exceeding lead generation targets.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
