Sr. Solutions Architect (AI/HPC)

Location: Hybrid - Singapore. Travel to client sites as needed.

What you will do

• Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers across HPC, cloud, and AI/ML solutions in secure and regulated enterprise environments.
• Partner with sales to identify, qualify, architect, and close opportunities through direct engagements, prime contractors, and integrators.
• Lead technical responses to RFIs, RFPs, and procurement vehicles while aligning solutions with customer requirements and compliance standards.
• Translate customer mission, security, and performance requirements into end-to-end solution architectures.
• Deliver technical presentations, architecture reviews, solution briefings, and workshops for Federal customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Product Management, Engineering, and Operations on product, cluster, networking, and design intent for factory-integrated and field-deployed solutions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in customer-facing pre-sales technical roles such as Solutions Architect or Pre-Sales Engineer.
• Hands-on experience designing complex, large-scale enterprise systems in AI/ML, HPC, Big Data, or enterprise software.
• Strong presentation, whiteboarding, and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent design and architecture projects in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Strong understanding of software, hardware, and networking in modern data center environments.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or electrical engineering.
• Knowledge of AI/HPC architectures, Linux clusters, and data center infrastructure.
• Familiarity with file systems and software-defined storage such as Lustre, Gluster, GPFS/ESS, VAST, WekaIO, Ceph, Swift, and Cinder.
