What you will do

• Own the complete product design process, from discovery and research through ideation, prototyping, testing, and final delivery.
• Partner closely with product managers and engineers to define solutions and drive product improvements.
• Conduct UX research and usability testing to translate customer insights into actionable designs.
• Create intuitive, scalable, and visually polished experiences that align with user expectations and business objectives.
• Integrate AI tools into the design workflow to accelerate ideation and research.
• Contribute to the design team culture through critiques, workshops, and cross-team initiatives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in full product design lifecycles within SaaS, B2B, or technology environments.
• Must be based in Canada.
• Strong ability to break down complex problems and create intuitive user experiences.
• Experience with user research methodologies and translating findings into practical designs.
• Proficiency with Figma and familiarity with design systems.
• A portfolio demonstrating product design experience is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with construction technology, CRM platforms, or related software.
• Experience working in fast-paced startup environments.
