What you will do

• Own design projects from problem definition through launch and iteration.
• Collaborate with engineering and support to ship improvements that impact key metrics.
• Conduct lightweight, self-serve research to validate assumptions and adjust product direction.
• Use AI tools to prototype and iterate on design ideas rapidly.
• Simplify complex user experiences to improve the overall developer experience.
• Define and track success metrics to inform future design decisions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a product designer working on complex software products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking, interaction design, and attention to detail.
• Active use of LLMs like Claude or ChatGPT within your design workflow.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work with high autonomy.
• Must be located in Americas or European time zones.
