Salary: $145,000–$185,000 CAD annually, excluding bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own and execute end-to-end design for key product initiatives serving merchants and consumers.
• Conduct discovery and research, then develop interaction and visual designs for complex problems.
• Partner with product managers and engineers to define requirements and deliver user-focused features.
• Champion design quality, consistency, and effective use of established design systems.
• Present design concepts and rationale, incorporate feedback, and iterate on solutions.
• Support other designers through critiques, knowledge sharing, and role-modeling.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience and a strong portfolio showing end-to-end work on products and features.
• Strong product sense and ability to translate user needs and business requirements into practical design solutions.
• Proficiency across the design process, from low-fidelity concepts to high-fidelity visual design.
• Experience with modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
• Experience working with established design systems.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for cross-functional work.
