Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio.
• Demonstrated craft in onboarding, growth, or AI-powered product experiences.
• Strong prototyping skills and a maker mindset to explore and test concepts.
• Experience collaborating closely with PMs and engineers throughout ideation and iteration.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and balance incremental optimization with long-term exploration.
• Must be based in Vancouver and adhere to the office-centric hybrid schedule.
