Product Designer (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Vancouver (In-office Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday)

Salary: $125,000 – $139,000 CAD

What you will do

• Lead the design of end-to-end experiences for Asana products, with an emphasis on features for billing owners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to identify customer problems, establish vision, and build solutions.
• Elevate the quality bar for user experience and shape the payment design system.
• Ensure design cohesion and scalability across the broader product ecosystem.
• Facilitate human-centered problem solving and foster co-creation across the organization.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio.
• Demonstrated craft in onboarding, growth, or AI-powered product experiences.
• Strong prototyping skills and a maker mindset to explore and test concepts.
• Experience collaborating closely with PMs and engineers throughout ideation and iteration.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and balance incremental optimization with long-term exploration.
• Must be based in Vancouver and adhere to the office-centric hybrid schedule.
