What you will do

• Collaborate with product leadership and clients to develop long-term product vision and translate strategy into concepts.
• Design and optimize user journeys across the product suite, integrating new features into B2B SaaS workflows.
• Build functional, interactive prototypes using LLMs and AI-assisted tools such as Claude Code and Cursor.
• Develop macro interactions (IA, cross-product coherence) and micro interactions (transitions, feedback states).
• Lead user research and translate insights into actionable design strategies.
• Own UX features end-to-end, from requirement definition and user stories to UAT and go-to-market activities.

Requirements

• 5-8+ years of experience as a Product or UX Designer.
• Proficiency with Figma and strong technical knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.
• Demonstrated experience using LLMs or AI tools to create interactive prototypes.
• Minimum 2 years of experience designing B2B web-based SaaS products in-house.
• Ability to work 9am-6pm ET U.S. hours.
• Portfolio of end-to-end B2B SaaS design projects with detailed UX case studies.
