SMB Onboarding Manager (SaaS)

Location: Remote within the United States; applications accepted from Texas, New York, South Carolina, North Carolina, Colorado, Florida, Utah, and Georgia.

Salary: $70,000–$90,000 per year.

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for SMB customers, from kickoff calls through activation.
• Deliver tailored training and help customers configure and implement the platform for their business needs.
• Guide customers toward quick wins that demonstrate product value and increase adoption.
• Help customers establish strong usage habits that support retention and satisfaction.
• Identify at-risk customers and create proactive strategies to mitigate churn.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or customer-facing roles.
• Strong presentation and training skills.
• Technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn and explain software solutions.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously.
• Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy.
