TL;DR

Customer Success Partner (Industrial): Managing and growing revenue within strategic enterprise accounts in the Industrial vertical through consultative sales and account planning with an accent on revenue growth and account penetration. Focus on developing strategic account plans, solving complex business problems for C-level clients, and ensuring high service levels.

Location: Must be authorized and working from the United States

Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 annual base

What you will do

  • Develop and execute strategic sales account plans to grow revenue and penetrate the market within the Industrial vertical.
  • Manage a small number of named enterprise accounts, focusing on revenue retention and identification of new product opportunities.
  • Conduct quarterly and annual business reviews to analyze trends and recommend program improvements.
  • Coordinate with internal operations and technology teams to maintain service levels and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Handle contractual documentation including MSAs, Statements of Work, SLAs, and manage RFP responses.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional work experience.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in sales account management for strategic national or global accounts.
  • Experience managing C-level relationships.
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Must be authorized and working from the United States.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.

Nice to have

  • 2 years of virtual/remote work experience.
  • Location in Eastern or Central time zones.
  • Background in professional account management and sales environments.
