Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 a year

What you will do
- Own client account health, driving retention, CSAT, NPS, and advocacy
- Bridge implementation to launch by configuring platforms and training users
- Lead regular client meetings, health reviews, and strategic business reviews
- Respond to inquiries exceeding SLAs and proactively identify churn risks with success plans
- Capture insights for product enhancements and represent brand at conferences and webinars
- Maintain records in Salesforce and Vitally while deepening product knowledge
Requirements
- 2+ years in customer success or service in B2B SaaS
- Tech-savvy, quick to master new platforms
- Clear communicator, problem-solver, professional, empathetic, detail-oriented
- Adaptable, energized by change
- Bachelor’s degree required
Nice to have
- Familiarity with CORE ELMS or CORE CompMS
- Experience in healthcare, tech, or higher ed
- Project management skills and CRM experience
