TL;DR

Location: Remote

Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 a year

What you will do

  • Own client account health, driving retention, CSAT, NPS, and advocacy
  • Bridge implementation to launch by configuring platforms and training users
  • Lead regular client meetings, health reviews, and strategic business reviews
  • Respond to inquiries exceeding SLAs and proactively identify churn risks with success plans
  • Capture insights for product enhancements and represent brand at conferences and webinars
  • Maintain records in Salesforce and Vitally while deepening product knowledge

Requirements

  • 2+ years in customer success or service in B2B SaaS
  • Tech-savvy, quick to master new platforms
  • Clear communicator, problem-solver, professional, empathetic, detail-oriented
  • Adaptable, energized by change
  • Bachelor’s degree required

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with CORE ELMS or CORE CompMS
  • Experience in healthcare, tech, or higher ed
  • Project management skills and CRM experience
