Senior Product Designer

What you will do

• Own end-to-end design for CRM initiatives, from discovery and research through user flows, prototypes, and detailed UI.
• Design scalable patterns for lead and member management, communications, and staff workflows.
• Expand insights dashboards and reporting to make complex business data actionable for fitness operators.
• Test concepts with users and iterate using qualitative research and usage data.
• Contribute to the design system and collaborate asynchronously with engineers and product managers.
• Explore how AI can improve product experiences and design workflows.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience designing complex SaaS products.
• Experience designing systems, workflows, dashboards, reporting, or data-heavy products rather than isolated screens.
• Strong knowledge of research methodology, user psychology, and usage data.
• Expert-level Figma skills, including prototyping and iterative testing.
• Experience with design systems, components, and responsive experiences across devices.
• Strong communication, facilitation, decision-making, and design rationale skills; able to ramp up quickly as a contractor.

Nice to have

• Experience with B2B SaaS, CRM, or workflow products.
• Background in fitness, health, wellness, or membership-based platforms.
• Familiarity with React-based component libraries, AI-powered products, and design systems.
