What you will do

• Own design across the full product lifecycle, from discovery and problem framing through implementation, QA, and polish.
• Translate complex fintech and SMB workflows into clear, user-centered product experiences.
• Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, Analysts, Researchers, and Designers to define outcomes and ship high-quality solutions.
• Create flows, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity mockups, and detailed product specifications.
• Contribute to the design system, accessibility, scalability, consistency, and overall product quality.
• Support initiatives including modular pricing, onboarding UX transformation, and AI Copilot features.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product design, ideally within fintech, SaaS, or complex digital products.
• Formal education in Product Design, Interaction Design, UX/UI, Visual Communication, HCI, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered thinking, interaction and visual design craft, and polished execution.
• Experience designing complex platforms with multiple flows, states, permissions, edge cases, and dependencies.
• Ability to explain design decisions using research, product data, business context, and customer feedback.
• Strong English communication skills and an AI-native approach to exploration, prototyping, critique, documentation, and iteration.

Nice to have

• German language skills or experience designing for German-speaking users.
