Salary: $145,000 - $185,000 CAD

What you will do

• Lead the full design process from discovery and research through interaction design, prototyping, and final execution.
• Translate complex user and business challenges into clear, intuitive, and effective product experiences.
• Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
• Champion design quality and consistency by contributing to and leveraging established design systems.
• Present design concepts and decision-making processes to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Mentor other designers through design critiques and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio demonstrating ownership from concept to completion.
• Must be based in Canada.
• Strong product sense with the ability to translate business goals into practical design solutions.
• Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
• Experience working with established design systems and scalable product experiences.
• Excellent visual and interaction design skills with high attention to detail.
