Location: Kraków, Poland (Lubomirskiego). In-person onboarding and identity verification may be required.

Salary: $222,000 – $325,600

What you will do

• Design and build experiences for exploring building data within 3D spatial contexts from concept to implementation.
• Lead experience design for full product workflows, partnering with Product Management and Engineering.
• Conduct customer engagements to validate assumptions, gather input, and refine product workflows.
• Create design artifacts to drive alignment across product development, sales, and marketing teams.
• Utilize usage metrics, adoption data, and analytics to inform design decisions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional UX/UI design experience working with cross-functional agile teams.
• Strong skills in interaction design, information architecture, and visual design.
• Expertise in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Framer, or Sketch.
• Proven ability to create wireframes, journey maps, and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Must provide an online design portfolio demonstrating solutions to complex design challenges.
• Must be available for in-person onboarding and ID verification in Poland.

Nice to have

• Experience with 3D products, game design, or architectural software.
• Experience designing for data-rich products like CRM, dashboards, or healthcare systems.
• Experience defining and building comprehensive design systems.
