What you will do

• Lead end-to-end product design for complex workflows from problem framing to implementation.
• Identify and resolve UX debt in a mature B2B platform to improve usability and scalability.
• Design constraint-heavy operational experiences including scheduling, permissions, and dashboards.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to define priorities and make scope trade-offs.
• Utilize research and prototyping to validate assumptions and reduce product risk.
• Apply and extend design systems while ensuring WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility compliance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product or UX Design.
• Advanced written and spoken English for international collaboration.
• Must be based in Brazil.
• Proven ability to lead complex design work independently.
• Experience with B2B SaaS, enterprise, or operational platforms.
• Proficiency in Figma including components, variants, and prototyping.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, education, or regulated environments.
• Familiarity with design tokens, Storybook, or design system governance.
• Experience with AI-assisted design workflows.
• Knowledge of product analytics and operational data evaluation.
