Brand KOL Specialist (Crypto)

Location: Asia; remote work-from-home arrangement, subject to the needs of the business team.

What you will do

• Identify and engage KOLs aligned with brand values.
• Support the organization and attendance of KOL events, meetings, and networking activities.
• Coordinate timely and professional communication between the brand and KOL partners.
• Support crisis communications and resolution efforts during sensitive situations.
• Prepare updates and reports on KOL activity and public sentiment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align KOL initiatives with PR goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant work experience.
• Fluent English required for coordination with overseas partners and stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence representing the brand at events and engaging with influencers.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle sensitive situations calmly in a fast-paced environment.
