Director of Communications (Digital Liquidity Networks)

Location: USA — New York City, New York. Hybrid home/office schedule.

Salary: $116,000–$203,000 annual base pay, plus annual bonus/commission, equity, and benefits.

hirify.global operates financial markets and is developing digital assets, tokenization, and next-generation market infrastructure through its Digital Liquidity Networks organization.

What you will do

• Develop and execute integrated communications strategies supporting the Digital Liquidity Networks vision and business objectives.
• Create messaging and strategic narratives covering digital assets, tokenization, off-exchange and ATS execution, post-trade, collateral management, blockchain infrastructure, and always-on trading.
• Position executives and subject matter experts as authoritative voices on capital-markets modernization and the future of liquidity.
• Lead proactive media relations, manage inquiries, and prepare reactive communications on market, M&A, and regulatory developments.
• Drive thought-leadership programs, executive bylines, speeches, presentations, and conference content.
• Collaborate with product, legal, marketing, government relations, and policymakers while building relationships across digital-asset and traditional financial-media ecosystems.

Requirements

• 10+ years of communications experience with progressively senior responsibility.
• 3–5 years focused on digital assets, blockchain, cryptocurrency, Web3, equities market structure, or trading-venue/ATS communications.
• Proven success delivering strategic communications programs, including M&A and business-launch communications.
• Deep fluency in blockchain architecture, consensus mechanisms, smart contracts, DeFi protocols, tokenomics, major blockchain networks, and cross-chain infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of market structure, liquidity models, regulatory frameworks, securities laws, and AML/KYC requirements.
• Exceptional writing, storytelling, media-relations, strategic-advisory, judgment, and cross-functional collaboration skills, including work with C-suite executives.
