Head of Service Italy (m/f/d) (Wind Energy)

What you will do

• Lead the service team in Italy by setting goals, planning work, and reviewing performance and KPIs.
• Own the service area's P&L, budget, forecasts, business performance, and risk management.
• Improve operational efficiency and competitiveness while ensuring compliance with HSE legislation and company safety rules.
• Manage customer relationships, supplier and customer claims, and strategically important internal stakeholder topics.
• Contribute to regional service strategy, assess market opportunities, and deliver after-market sales opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of disciplinary leadership experience.
• Experience managing P&Ls, customer relationships, business operations, performance metrics, and remote field-based teams.
• Experience working in large matrix organizations and knowledge of country-specific laws and rules.
• Formal qualifications in mechanical and/or electrical engineering are desired.
• Wind energy sector experience is desired.
• Fluent English and Italian are required.
• Ability to work at heights and willingness to travel regularly.
