What you will do
- Lead and evolve regional support teams, overseeing hiring, skill development, and resource allocation.
- Manage regional managers and SAP engineers to ensure timely resolution of complex technical issues.
- Drive client and employee satisfaction targets while maintaining strict financial and gross margin goals.
- Collaborate with sales and account management to support pre-sales activities and client onboarding.
- Improve support processes and procedures using ITIL methodology to ensure global consistency.
- Act as a strategic leader and evangelist for the support organization, nurturing long-term client relationships.
Requirements
- Must be based in the UK.
- 15+ years of relevant SAP applications experience.
- 10+ years of experience managing senior-level IT resources and teams.
- Deep technical expertise in the SAP suite of products, including architecture and patching mechanics.
- Proven history of solving complex problems across multiple SAP modules.
- Working knowledge of ITIL methodology and case management.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as part of a 24/7/365 support organization.
Nice to have
- ITIL & ITSM certification.
- SAP certification.
- Experience with multiple localizations and global implementations.
- Strong knowledge of SAP customization and extension methodologies.
