What you will do

  • Lead and evolve regional support teams, overseeing hiring, skill development, and resource allocation.
  • Manage regional managers and SAP engineers to ensure timely resolution of complex technical issues.
  • Drive client and employee satisfaction targets while maintaining strict financial and gross margin goals.
  • Collaborate with sales and account management to support pre-sales activities and client onboarding.
  • Improve support processes and procedures using ITIL methodology to ensure global consistency.
  • Act as a strategic leader and evangelist for the support organization, nurturing long-term client relationships.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the UK.
  • 15+ years of relevant SAP applications experience.
  • 10+ years of experience managing senior-level IT resources and teams.
  • Deep technical expertise in the SAP suite of products, including architecture and patching mechanics.
  • Proven history of solving complex problems across multiple SAP modules.
  • Working knowledge of ITIL methodology and case management.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as part of a 24/7/365 support organization.

Nice to have

  • ITIL & ITSM certification.
  • SAP certification.
  • Experience with multiple localizations and global implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP customization and extension methodologies.
