What you will do

• Lead the Project Quality Management (PQM) area globally and regionally, ensuring quality standards from contract signing to project handover.
• Support Tender, Bid, and Sales functions by extending the ITAP and standardizing quality activities within contractual packages.
• Execute quality safe launches and project execution, transferring contract requirements into PQP and ITAP.
• Plan and oversee Inspection, Test, and Audit activities to secure the quality of components before construction.
• Drive deviation management, reporting Non-Conformance (NCR/8D), and managing project claims and closures.
• Ensure the correctness and availability of quality documentation according to contract milestones.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading quality teams in complex technical projects (civil construction, automotive, manufacturing, or plant engineering).
• Proven experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS), 8D, Six Sigma, and FMEA.
• English: High proficiency (C1) is compulsory for negotiation and communication.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid model in Madrid, Spain.
• Availability to travel.
