What you will do

• Design and execute tailored adoption playbooks and change-management programs for marquee global accounts.
• Act as a senior strategic advisor to C-suite and executive stakeholders to align Legora's capabilities with client goals.
• Lead a dedicated team of Engagement Managers and Associates, overseeing their professional development.
• Drive sustained value through success plans, enablement, and executive-level value reviews.
• Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration between Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to accelerate client success.
• Partner with GTM leadership on high-stakes renewals and multi-year account expansions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in management consulting, customer success, or account management.
• Proven track record of delivering change-management programs within Fortune 100 or AmLaw 50 organizations.
• Expertise in building and steering global transformation roadmaps toward measurable outcomes.
• Experience managing C-level stakeholders and owning adoption/retention for strategic clients.
• Must be based in London for on-site work.
• Experience in legal, compliance, or other highly regulated industries; legal tech experience is a strong plus.
