What you will do
- Build and execute an account-specific relationship framework including status calls and quarterly business reviews.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts with a focus on net retention and expansion.
- Partner with customers to maximize value realization through strong adoption and engagement.
- Act as the customer advocate internally by collaborating with Product, Development, and Sales teams.
- Identify opportunities and risks to protect existing revenue streams and mitigate churn.
- Provide ongoing product enablement and guide clients on HR industry trends.
Requirements
- Must be based in the UK.
- Proven experience in SaaS Account Management or CSM roles.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience in B2B client-facing roles and working with C-suite stakeholders.
- Tech-savvy with experience using Salesforce and web-based technologies.
- Practical experience using AI tools to improve productivity and streamline workflows.
Nice to have
- Experience with SFDC, Asana, or ChurnZero.
- Background in HR or HRM.
