What you will do

• Conduct business process and systems analyses to align technology solutions with business objectives and strategy.
• Identify, capture, and develop functional and non-functional requirements and detailed business rules.
• Lead workshops with IT and third-party suppliers to translate end-user needs into practical solutions.
• Act as the primary link between technical personnel and end-user departments to manage business implications of technical changes.
• Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defining scenarios to ensure system changes meet specifications.
• Create and deliver end-user documentation and communication materials regarding system enhancements.

Requirements

• Location: Based in London
• Certification as an ITIL Practitioner and Agile Practitioner.
• External accreditation in Business Analysis or Systems Analysis.
• Experience across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) with strong data modelling and design skills.
• Technical knowledge of financial advice practice management systems such as Xplan, Intelliflo, or 360 lifecycle.
• Capability to operate within Agile or DevOps environments.
