What you will do

• Lead analysis activities across multiple projects and workstreams, providing assurance across the wider portfolio.
• Deeply analyze existing products and services to identify optimization opportunities using gap analysis.
• Translate business strategy and user research into robust, well-governed solution designs, user flows, and wireframes.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring blockers are identified and escalated with clear recommendations.
• Lead and coach other Business Analysts by setting tasks, quality standards, and target dates.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify objectives and present well-reasoned recommendations for decision-making.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Business Analyst within a Life & Pensions organization or with Life & Pensions products.
• Proven track record of self-managing complex analysis across multiple priorities and workstreams.
• Experience leading other BAs and maintaining delivery discipline across parallel activities.
• Ability to operate confidently across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid environments.
• Must be based in the UK or able to work from Reading or London offices.

Nice to have

• International diploma in Business Analysis or an equivalent professional qualification.
